The accountant will report to the company president and support company operations.


  • Reconcile monthly bank statement and complete month-end closing
  • Process all financial transactions into accounting system
  • Prepare monthly and annual financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and trial balance report
  • Recommend financial actions and provide advice to management based on review of revenue, expenses, invoices, and other relevant information
  • Track and document all AP transactions
  • Resolve payment discrepancies and inquiries
  • Reconcile all customer account receivables
  • Monitor customer transactions
  • Review and monitor weekly and monthly financial reports and statements in Chinese from overseas manufacturers
  • Correspond with Chinese manufacturers regarding financial transactions and discrepancies
  • Calculate monthly commission for sales team
  • Prepare monthly rebate and commission reports
  • Prepare and report monthly, quarterly, and annual CA & FL State taxes
  • Assist with the preparation of Federal & NJ State taxes

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or closely related field
  • One year accounting experience
  • High proficiency in general ledger, accounting balance, and reconciling
  • Minimum one year experience reviewing Chinese financial reports and accounting statements
  • Mastery of Excel and ERP System

Sales Administrator

The Sales Adminstrator is responsible for managing the entire sales order process and plays a critical customer service support role for customer sales accounts.  The Sales Administrator reports to the Senior Sales Administrator. Success in this position requires superior organization and time management skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communications abilities.


  • Acknowledge, prepare, and process sales orders
  • Coordinate logistical activities and process shipments to ensure smooth and on-time deliveries to customers
  • Monitor, update, and maintain delivery/shipment schedules to customers
  • Generate detailed reports related to sales activities for the customer and inside sales team
  • Manage customer requests and provide excellent service to customers
  • Act as liaison between customers, sales managers, production planning, and other individuals and/or company departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Assist with forecasting and production planning by identifying  and evaluating customer trends

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma, Bachelor's degree desirable
  • Minimum of two years experience in administrative or customer service roles
  • Excellent skills in organization, decision making, and analysis
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Highly detail-oriented with numbers and data
  • Proven oral and written communications skills and ability to work productively with a team
  • Ability to anticipate and proactively meet the needs of the inside sales team and of customers
  • Self-motivated
  • Ability to work well in a multi-cultural environment
  • Proficient with MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
